Full focus on business applications & consulting: DextraData hands over IT consulting & services business to CANCOM

Essen, 27.11.2023 – DextraData GmbH announces the sale of its IT Consulting & and Services business to CANCOM. With the purchase agreement concluded on November 27, the Munich-based company is taking over 57 employees of the Essen-based IT service provider in an asset deal. The remaining 105 DextraData employees at the locations Essen, Hamburg, Berlin, Mannheim and Munich will now concentrate completely on the strategic expansion of the SaaS business.
After 28 years, DextraData GmbH is parting with its traditional IT system house business and managed services with deep respect for the past and a clear vision for the future. This moving step is aimed at using the resources now freed up to further refine the high product quality of the software, expand marketing, reorganize sales and expand partnerships. At the same time, the former DextraData customers from the IT consulting and services business now supported by CANCOM will benefit from the broader partner network and the additional resources of the Munich-based hybrid IT service provider.
